Brut Champagne
1oz Pineapple & Sage Syrup
.5oz cranberry juice
Sage leaf
- Build in coupe glass
- Add syrup and cranberry
- Slowly fill with champagne
- Stir
- Garnish with Sage

Intermediate
2 oz Bourbon
1oz Pineapple & Sage Syrup
2 de-seeded lemon wedges
lemon twist
- Build in glass with ice (large cube if you have it)
- Add bourbon & syrup
- Squeeze in 2 lemon wedges
- Stir
- Garnish with Lemon Twist
Sage Sour:
Advanced
2oz Gin
1oz Pineapple & Sage Syrup
1/2 lime
1 Eggwhite
1 sage leaf
- Build in Tin with Ice
- Add Gin, Syrup, & egg white
- Squeeze in lime
- Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with Sage leaf

2 oz Pineapple juice
Club Soda
3 sage leaves
Pineapple Wedge
- Build in a pint glass
- Add Syrup, juice & Sage Leaves
- Stir
- Fill glass with ice
- Top with soda
- Garnish with wedge
